Hitty Gertrude, in the sewing room at Hitty Margaret's
house, is finishing up the last few stitches on her final project. She
has selected lilac fabric with scissors, needles, and spools of thread,
and a complementary green.

Hitty Ruth Anne (a former Special Term Student
who lives with Hitty Margaret) threads the needle on the sewing machine
so Hitty Gertrude can finish her binding.
