Mrs. Milly is a Friend of Mrs. Plum, the AGA Head of Household
She stands 6 1/2" tall, and is carved from Basswood by Julie DeGroat
She is seeking employment in a Hitty Household.
Her skills include: gardening, cooking, hat-making, quilting, clothing repair, accounts, management of household.
She likes cats, dogs, children, and Hittys.
Her hobbies include reading and sewing.

She has graduated from Mrs. Plum's Classes for Plum Friends with Outstanding Honors
and is fully guaranteed by Mrs. Plum to be reliable, good-natured, and competent.

Mrs. Milly is an avid gardener, and brings with her two baskets of vegetables from the AGA gardens. She is bringing tomatoes and cucumbers for her new charges. She would enjoy living with a Hitty family who has room for kitchen and herb gardens, but is equally skilled at container gardening, if the space is not available.
Besides gardening, one of her hobbies is making hats. She created her traveling hat (seen right,) created from tan hat straw, and a bright sunflower, along with a lovely green silk ribbon.

Along with her the travailing hat (seen above) she brings two hats to wear or share (seen left). All hats were hand-crafted in the Ash Grove Studios.

Mrs. Milly is elastic-jointed, and can move in many directions. Her arms and her legs can move independently. She enjoys her range of motion, as it allows her to work hard in the kitchen or play with the Hittys in the household with equal ease.
Her undergarments are made from the finest white batiste.
Mrs. Milly's boots are 'metal' tipped for sturdiness.

Her traveling clothes include Skirt, Blouse, Undergarments, Shawl, and Hat.

The skirt and shawl are made from a 100% cotton print in blue, green, and brown. The skirt is removable and elastic-waisted. The shawl has fringed edges.

The blouse is made from a delicate white batiste, and has lace at the neck. It is tacked shut at the back of the neck, and can be removed by snipping the stitches.

The undergarments consist of a pair of white batiste drawers, which are elastic waisted.

The hat is hand-crafted at the AGS, and is made from hat straw and trimmed with silk ribbon and a sunflower.

Mrs. Milly is hand-carved from Basswood, and is elastic jointed for a lovely range of motion.
She has been finished with a light poly-urethane varnish for a pretty, soft protective coating.

Mrs. Milly is signed and dated at the back.
