Uncle Olaf, a Swedish Troll, has driven his portable kitchen to the Pink Flamingo Cottage just in time for lunch!
Notice who is helping him? I guess the Bitty Boys are doing kapers for their naughty prank!

 

 

"You! Boy! Hurry up and get those dirty dishes to the sink!" bellows Uncle Olaf.
The Bitty Boys hurry to do his bidding, but they aren't really afraid. Uncle Olaf is really very kind.

 

"Pass me those potato chips, please," says Hitty Rachelle.
Cuz Britta stares doubtfully at her plate. The hotdog and pickles look good.....but picked beets?
Well, Uncle Olaf said to try them, so she does...and yum!

 

"Ok, first we eat, and then we go take some pictures!"

 

Hitty Jo has been reading Onion John, which is a Newbery Award Winning book.

 

"Check out the tent!" says Pepito. "It's cool!"

 

Hitty Whit takes some photos outside the Pink Flamingo Cottage.

 

"Upsy-daisy," says Mrs. Bluebell.

 

"I looooooove these pink flamingos!" says Hitty Thankful.
"I love my pink sunglasses," says Hitty JJ.

 

"Score!"

 

"We can play croquet, or maybe basketball," says one of the Mini-HIttys.

 

Time to kick back and digest Uncle Olaf's excellent lunch.
