After Dinner, the Campers gather for fun, games, and getting acquainted.
Hitty Petal has brought a selection of books down from the library.
"I like this one about squirrels," says Hitty JJ.
"I hadn't seen this one before--I love it!"
The two TCV Eensies are checking out K-9.
Mrs. Plum and Hitty Minerva McGonnigal move closer to
where some campers are gathering for games.
"I'll keep score!" says Bitty Connie.
Great-Aunt Teddie has taught them a new game--Red Light, Green Light.
Bitty Barbara is going to lead the first round.
When she yells 'Red light', all the campers must freeze in place.
When she yells 'green light', all the campers run as fast as they can.
"Yikes!" says Hitty Buzby. "I almost got caught!"
If you get caught moving, you are out of the game.
Everyone does their best, but sometimes.....
...like Hitty Nicola Jane, you move and have to go to the sidelines.
The first one to the front is the winner!
Other campers are still in the middle of the on-going
Scrabble tournament.
And some, like Bitty Boy Bobbie, are just tuckered right out.
And the fun goes on!
