The Campers Begin to Arrive at Camp Piney Woods
China Charlie drives the bus
to the pick-up spot,
while the campers sing.
"The wheels on the bus go round and round!"
"On top of spaghettttttttt-iiiiiii!"
"Kum-bi-yah, my friend..."
Everyone piles out and watches for the Campers to come.
"Look! Look!" cries Helo. "I see someone!"
And so it is. A returning camper, Emmet.
And right on his heels, here comes Hitty Helen.
Hitty Belinda comes running up, and meets up with
one of her bitty sisters, already a member of the AGA.
"Wa-hoo!" yells Joe Bob Raikes. "I'm here at last!"
The campers get acquainted, while they wait for the last pick-up of
the day.
Joe Bob shares his hat.
At last! HittyB arrives--not the first time she has been to Camp!
Hitty Iris Raikes is thrilled to see her again.
Hitty Carianna is a bit shy, but Hitty Sandy, on the bus today to
greet the Campers, assures her she will have ten new friends before
the
bus gets back to the Campgrounds.
"OK!" yells Hitty Sandy. "Everyone on the bus! Let's
hit the road!"
The students begin singing 'Baby
Bumblebee'.
China Charlie sighs.
