The History of the Camp Uniforms
Iron-On Logos and Web Logos

Camp uniforms were not worn for the first 2 years of Camp Week. Once we decided, however, that we wanted to invite other Hittys to join our fun, we decided to create Camp Uniforms for the Campers. In 2003, the Camp Directors decided to use the colors Crimson and Gold. The uniforms consisted of white t-shirts with crimson/gold shorts. The t-shirts had an iron logo for Camp Week 2003 (a tradition that continues to this day). In 2004, we chose the colors Light Green and Light Yellow, to reflect our theme of Conservation and Nature. In 2005, we chose Blue and Red, with the theme of Literacy. While at Camp, the Campers visited several local libraries, including the Stockbridge Library, and the Original Hitty. We change our Uniforms in 2006, with a switch from shorts to skirts. The theme for Camp that year was friendship, and many Campers participated in a Friendship swap.
